Lexi believes a healthy body starts with a healthy mind. As Master Trainer and Studio Director of EDEN by Eden Sassoon Pilates & Yoga for the over a decade she instills these beliefs in her clients. She has completed her Comprehensive Pilates Certification through Balanced Body and Core Conditioning and her Yoga 200 RYT with Tamal Dodge. Wellness and Fitness has been a huge part of her life holding Certifications in Barre, TRX, Piloxing, Yin Yoga and Breathwork. She is passionate about learning so she can give back to her clients. As a natural teacher she strives to inspire and inform through her Workshops and Teacher Trainings. She is a mindful instructor of both Yoga and Pilates. Through this work she shares her own personal struggles with self. Being able to inspire and share with her clients is her purpose. She leads with an open heart and an open mind. Through meditation and breathwork she has found incredible results in self healing. She believes in living in the present moment. This retreat will be full of living presently, full of healthy mindfulness and full of laughs.
